The presentation will cover an update on status of the track and trace aspects of the WHO’s Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) Protocol on the Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products, and the upcoming 3rd Meeting of the Protocol Parties (MOP3) due to take place in Panama in November this year. It will also provide insights from the government perspective re meeting the national obligations under the Protocol, as well as companies that are required to implement the provisions.
